The Riad
A riad is a traditional Moroccan house with an open-air patio, found in the medinas, the historic centers of Morocco’s imperial cities surrounded by ramparts.
The Patio
The riad is built around a patio with a refreshing pool or fountain. The patio is the center of the house, and both the bedrooms and the living room face it to cut through the noise and heat of the city, creating a sense of calm. You can also enjoy meals here if you wish, as the dining area can comfortably accommodate groups.
The basin
The pool will refresh you after a busy day in the medina. Birds love to come here in search of coolness and calm, and their songs will lull you to sleep during the day.
The lounge
The living room is enclosed by a glass roof, where you can take refuge for lunch or dinner on hot days, or simply enjoy a moment of reading or relaxing with its connected TV.
The terrace
The Riad’s exceptional terrace offers a variety of spaces. The solarium lets you soak up the Moroccan sunshine, where you can enjoy breakfasts, aperitifs and dinners….. with sunsets over palm trees, storks and, of course, the majestic Koutoubia.
A roof-top lounge offers one of Marrakech’s finest views of the Mamounia gardens, the Palais Royal and the Koutoubia.
The tree-lined terrace gives you the sensation of being in a real garden.
